About
Yael Shahar is a Certified Life Coach, Parent Coach, Speaker and a mum.
She has 3 wonderful children and is married to ‘super-dad’ Yair.
Yael trained under Tony Robbins at the RMT Institute and has been using a wide range of life changing strategies & techniques to create clarity, purpose and positive change for her clients globally.
Prior to becoming a Life Coach, Yael held various strategic senior roles within big corporate brands such as Orange, 3 and the BBC, as well as in various charities.
Her BA degree in Sociology, Anthropology & East Asian Studies, together with her Masters degree in Brand & Design Strategy have given her insight and greater understanding into people’s habits and behaviour.
Following a life changing trauma, Yael has unexpectedly found herself needing to navigate between her critically injured husband in hospital and full-time single parenting to three active children under the age of 10, with no family support.
This stressful and traumatic time was an eye opener for Yael and taught her greatly about courage, strength and resilience in the face of adversity.
It strengthened her values in relation to what’s important in life in the context of family and parenting in the 21st Century.
This led Yael to pursue a new direction in her life. She focused on deepening her knowledge and understanding on parenting in the modern era and she found her true calling - to share her insights and help as many families as possible to live a more meaningful, rich and fulfilling life focusing on what’s important, each according to their own beliefs & values.
Yael , together with her husband, featured in a podcast named “Picking Up The Pieces”, part of a campaign by The London Air Ambulance charity in which they discuss their story of trauma recovery.
Recently, at an important charitable event, where Yael gave an inspiring speech to a large audience, she had the honour of personally meeting his royal highness, Prince William, with whom she discussed the importance of mental health.
Having grown up by the sea, Yael has a soft spot for walking barefoot on sandy beaches.
She also has a passion for motorsport, traveling cycling and dancing.
Feel free to contact Yael for 1:1 coaching, parenting programmes & lessons or speaking engagements.
